“I am honored to receive this recognition and be amongst such great company,” says Dave Glass, CEO, LHP. “It’s been a passion of mine, as well as the Mission of LHP, to help companies apply technologies that reduce the 40,000 fatal accidents that occur each year in the automotive and transportation industry throughout North America. By offering functional safety and cybersecurity solutions to companies working to develop autonomous connected vehicles, we have the opportunity to ultimately drive the number of fatalities to zero. I am encouraged by the direction of our company and the steps our employees and executive team are taking to create a safer, smarter, and more connected world.”

Comparably’s ratings reflect employee perspectives and reviews. LHP Engineering Solutions' CEO and Leadership ranking fall in the top 5 percent of similarly sized companies with 201-500 employees in the United States. "The most successful businesses are led by amazing CEOs who serve as visionaries, in addition to being positive examples and support systems for their teams," said Jason Nazar, Comparably CEO. "The chief executives on Comparably's Best CEOs list were the highest rated by employees for their inspiring, transparent, and engaging leadership."

LHP constantly receives high satisfaction ratings from both customers and employees, which is largely credited to the environment in which Dave Glass and the LHP Leadership team strives to cultivate. Earlier this year, LHP was awarded the 2018 Q3 Comparably Award  for ‘Best Companies for Work-Life Balance, with 90 percent of employees surveyed saying they are satisfied with the current work/life balance within the organization. As a technology integrator, LHP works with partners and innovators to solve major challenges within the automotive industry and scale complex solutions. “The work culture which Dave Glass has created to foster innovation and nurture employee development since it’s founding in 2001, is what has built LHP into the technology leader it is today,” says Michael Verkamp, LHP’s Vice President of Administration.

Comparably’s "Best Of" lists are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com. There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required.
