Our Purpose

Each year, there are nearly 30,000 automotive-related deaths in the United States. LHP Co-founder and CEO, David Glass, is on a mission to create a safer transportation industry and reduce that number to zero.

David was inspired to focus on creating a safer mode of transportation after a family friend was involved in a near-death car accident in 2015. The path toward a safer transportation industry seemed clear: autonomous vehicles. If the vehicle can predict, avoid, and ultimately eliminate human error while driving, then the number of deaths can be reduced.

"I'm really excited about everything we're building here at LHP. We're guiding the best brands in the world to deliver safer transportation via autonomous, electric, and connected technology. And we're hiring!"

David Glass

Co-founder & CEO

LHP’s deep-rooted history in embedded controls and software development in the automotive industry played well into the evolving autonomous space. Under David’s leadership and vision, LHP is dedicated to using functional safety as a catalyst to create a safer, smarter, and more connected world.
