Building upon our powertrain expertise, LHP recently introduced the Engine Test Suite (ETS) for advanced engine simulation. The ETS provides a complete solution for engine simulation including signal conditioning modules in the new NI Switch Load Signal Conditioning (SLSC) ecosystem specifically for powertrain HIL test system integration. LHP Technology Solutions’ HIL system integrators can leverage the LHP expertise in the ETS to accelerate the development of hardware-in-the-loop test systems for engine control module testing.

The EV powertrain is revolutionizing the automotive industry. LHP works with customers to help them overcome the challenges of ramping up their EV component testing. We start with proven off-the-shelf hardware and software tools and tailor the test system to the needs of the customer.
LHP helps customers achieve the environmental certifications defined in DO160G for their DUT validation testing. We create a test system based on off-the-shelf instrumentation that places the DUT into a state without faults. Once in this state, we log all data at a high rate as the DUT is subjected to various environmental tests. Our unique approach to logging and analyzing large datasets enables our customers to detect any failures early in the validation process. We have a proven approach for displaying faults in real-time as well as archiving results for future investigation.
