Environmental Special Test Equipment

LHP helps customers achieve the environmental certifications defined in DO160G  for their DUT validation testing. We create a test system based on off-the-shelf instrumentation that places the DUT into a state without faults. Once in this state, we log all data at a high rate as the DUT is subjected to various environmental tests. Our unique approach to logging and analyzing large datasets enables our customers to detect any failures early in the validation process. We have a proven approach for displaying faults in real-time as well as archiving results for future investigation.

Features:

  • Specialized DAQ system for gathering environmental measurements that DUT is exposed to.
  • Multiple DUT testing for endurance and environmental tests
  • Load emulation provided by system models simulations
  • Easily connect off-the-shelf transducers to gather temperature, vibration, pressure, etc.
  • Gather and store data for post processing analysis
  • Modular design allows for easy expansion of capability

DRIVVEN | Expert Partner with Longstanding NI Relationship

LHP PCG brings a deep history of using NI hardware for open, flexible powertrain solutions:

  • Drivven hardware to run an engine control solution directly from NI hardware
  • Open architecture provides opportunities to expand applications over time
  • Exclusively servicing and supporting NI Drivven technology

Customization with the NI Powertrain Control Module

Use NI’s modular PXI and C Series platforms to build a flexible and future-proof system that can change as your test requirements do.

Companies are turning toward modular testing solutions, such as the NI Powertrain Control Modules, to build a flexible and future-proof system that can change as various test requirements do.

The NI Powertrain modules complement each other to make a complete engine control system using the NI PXI or cRIO platforms.  These custom systems are “customer need” and “customer-driven” systems, not one size fits all. The device drivers and executable software are actively kept up to date with the NI LabVIEW and NI Real-Time software suites that are updated annually.
