ADAS Test Targets

LHP is now offering ADAS targets for Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) testing. Our ADAS targets are used in high-precision real-world test environments to measure vulnerable road users, human injury, and vehicle sensor capability in vehicle crashes.

Environmental Special Test Equipment 

LHP helps customers achieve the environmental certifications defined in DO160G  for their DUT validation testing. We create a test system based on off-the-shelf instrumentation that places the DUT into a state without faults. Once in this state, we log all data at a high rate as the DUT is subjected to various environmental tests. Our unique approach to logging and analyzing large datasets enables our customers to detect any failures early in the validation process. We have a proven approach for displaying faults in real-time as well as archiving results for future investigation.

End Of Line Automated Test Equipment 

End-of-Line testing requires accuracy and efficiency. LHP utilizes off-the-shelf instrumentation and software to perform parallel testing of manufactured electronics. Our end-of-line testers range from fully functional/acceptance testing with fault insertion units to end-of-line environmental stress screening (ESS). A digital log of all reports is archived for each manufactured unit for traceability.

  • Validate product assembly at the PCB, ECU, or system levels

  • End of line new engine break-in/hot testing
