Software Options


Create and deploy controls algorithms in the development toolchain of your choice:

LabVIEW

A completely open source LabVIEW-based controls
solution is provided with the LHP ECS.

Simulink

Simulink control models can be deployed on the LHP ECS using the LHP Panthera® RCP Suite.
Both solutions include ASAM standard run-time measurement and calibration capabilities.

  • All I/O necessary to control most engines up to 8 cylinders    Control piezoelectric or solenoid direct injectors

  • Power supply options for 9-30 VDC or 120VAC/240VAC power

I/O Channels: 

 

  • 12 solenoid injector (120V 40A unipolar)OR 8 piezo injector (175V 30A unipolar)
  • 8 Port fuel injector / low side driver (4A peak/1A hold)
  • 8 Low side drive (engine sync or PWM options) (1.2A)
  • 2 H-Bridge drivers (6A peak/3A hold) with feedback sensor inputs (e.g., throttle control)
  • 8 VR or Hall inputs (e.g., engine position sensors)
  • 8 Engine sync TTL outputs (e.g., smart coil spark driver)
  • 5 Analog inputs with pull-ups (resistive temperature)
  • 15 Analog inputs with sensor supply (ratiometric sensor)
  • 2 Wide-band O2 channels (Bosch LSU 4.9 or LSU 4.2 compatible)
  • 2 Narrow-band O2 channels
  • 2 CAN 2.0B channels
